OnStar RemoteLink Mobile App Navigation Enhancement

Today OnStar officially launched an exciting new enhancement to their OnStar RemoteLink mobile app making it possible for subscribers to find their destination on their smartphone and send it directly to their vehicle.

RemoteLink Navigation features:

• Send OnStar Turnby Turn directions directly from your smartphone to your vehicle, either through the in-dash vehicle navigation system or by using the voice commands.

• Search for a destination by text, address book or voice

• View destinations in list or visual form

• See last 5 destinations requested

Eligibility:

• Vehicle must be an OnStar RemoteLink-eligible this includes model years 2010-2012.

• Subscribers must have a subscription to Directions & Connections

• User must install RemoteLink v1.3 on their Android or iPhone (existing OnStar RemoteLink mobile app users will receive an automatic update. New users will download v1.3)
